SALES TAX & REGULATORY FEES

Items sold on Site and shipped to destinations in the certain states are subjected to tax, such as California. If an item is subject to sales tax in the state to which the order is shipped, tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item. The amount of tax charged on your order will depend upon many factors including type of item purchase, and destination of the shipment. Factors can change between the time you place an order and the time of credit card charge authorization, which could affect the calculation of sales taxes. The amount appearing on your order as Estimated Tax may differ from the sales taxes ultimately charged.

PAYMENT

We accept credit cards (American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, JCB), debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo. It is customers’ responsibility to provide correct debit/credit cards billing address, and/or to ensure enough balance in PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo account to succeed transactions.

SHIPPING

All products listed on the Site are shipping directly from Neon Strength. Shipping details is listed on the product pages. After customers make purchases on the Site, separate order information including delivery confirmation and tracking number will be email to customers within 2-5 business days. Please be careful to choose P.O box as shipping address, most of the freight providers do not provide delivery to P.O box (except USPS).

ORDER PROCESSING

As for the orders on the Site, it takes approximately 1 to 3 business days (exclusive holiday and weekend) to process an order before it is shipped. For exact processing time, please refer to the specific product page.

CANCEL ORDER

You may cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Processing” stage. The entire order must be cancelled, you cannot cancel specific items. If you still want certain items in the cancelled order, you'll have to purchase the items again in a new order.

Log into neonstrength.com account, click My Orders or you can contact customer service at customer.service@neonstrength.com to cancel your order before it's shipped.

If your order is eligible to be cancelled, Neon Strength will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation.

If you are unable to cancel an order because it has moved past the “Processing” stage you may return it following the steps listed above in our Return Policy.

MODIFY ORDER

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to make changes to your order content. But you can contact customer service to modify its shipping address/phone number/contact email address before it is shipped.

PACKAGE RETURN

1. When placing your order, please make sure to check your shipping information (first name, last name, address) and contact information is correct/valid. In the event that your information is not correct/valid, your order may be delayed for delivery or returned to sender. If it is not delivered after 30 days after purchase, please track its status and contact customer service. Once its status shows as return to us, we will initiate the process of full refund. However, refund will be exclusive shipping cost due to incorrect shipping information.
2. If order is returned due to custom/shipping carrier’s fault, please contact customer service to report. Once its status shows as return to us, we will initiate the process of full refund.
   
   LOST PACKAGE

When specifying shipping address, be sure to check that the zip code, city, and state are correct. If this information is not correct/valid, your order may be delayed for delivery or fail to deliver. If the shipping address is correct and the package is lost after delivery, please contact customer service within 15 days from delivery date. We will help for refund.
